• Got an insanely early morning call from NUIS with a response from the Fin.Aid saying Aniki and I were awarded an extra 181,225¥ (approx 2000 usd) EACH! My jaw dropped from off my face. They said it was the highest amount of scholarship money they had ever offered a student. fjkndslkjnlgjslndjkglnjk CAN WE SAY EGO BOOST? 8DDDD ...now if only we could get the damn classes registered so we could, y'know? ACTUALLY be part of the friggin COLLEGE?! Dx *huff huff hissss!*
  
• Sent Ometanasu Ryosuku an email detailing what was wrong with my registration and class sign-up.
• Watched more of Gundam 00 S2 (This season is doing well for a season where practically the entire cast died/were killed in the first season YET ARE MIRACULOUSLY RETURNED IN THE SECOND ONE) Is up to episode 14 and desperately seeking moooaaaaarrrr~~
• Talked to Mindy-san and asked her about doujinshi goodness. :3

• HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MARS!!!
  
• Decided we needed to get some things figured out ourselves, and we needed to know what was going on with our transcript so we went over to the main office of Meji to request our transcript again... only to find out the grades haven't even been officially posted yet so they haven't SENT anything out THUS why NU is having such problems registering us. =A=;; God help me...
• So then we go over to Ometanasu Ryosuku's office just to see if he'd gotten our email. He didn't. (WTF) So we told him what was going on and he was like "DDDD:!!!!! MUST FIX NOOOW" and made us run around to pick-up overrides from all the professors/deans of departments for all the classes we wanted to take. XD; This took around... 3 hours. NO JOKE.
• Random awesomeness: I absolutely adore Ometanasu Ryosuku's secretary. She's an international student, American, named Jackie and god knows she just rocks my world. XD Super sweet and helpful and friendly. She doesn't snuff us like the other one we meet some other time we were there. ♥ out to you, Jackie~~
• After having her direct Aniki and I around to the different buildings to go to (because we were SO LOST ;0;!!) we managed to get all the overrides from everyone and even meet some awesome people (directors of departments and such who were awesome especially the ladies of CLL and the Letters departments).
  
• Then we went on over to Student Affairs and handed in all the overrides and actually got all our classes added in!!!! ...........except one. Y'know. There HAD to be ONE. -_____________________________________-;;;;; So of course we go running back to the director of the Letters depo, but she's GONE. Like she must have left RIGHT AFTER WE DID. *CRIEZZZ*
  
• Good thing: All of Aniki's classes were registered and he's all set!
• Bad thing: Y'know that class Ometanasu Ryosuku was so ADAMANT about me getting??? The one he had told me to get into ASAP?? Yeah. THAT'S THE ONE I'M STILL NOT REGISTERED FOR. WHAT.THE.FUCK. REALLY. WHAT.THE.SNIZZEL?!?!?!?!?! Dx
• Headed home after that, but stopped to get some very late lunch (It was like 5 in the afternoon by then)
• When we got home there was something nice to at least cheer me up a bit. A VERY VERY LATE BIRTHDAY CARD. NO JOKE. XD And it had money inside so I'm happy. 8DDDD
• Stayed home for maybe all of thirty minutes before we left for the convention.
• Bought a crapload of stuff. Will take pictures later. :3
• Mindy-san has some seriously yummy gifts. D: She's gonna be stoked. xD
  
• Late that night I also finally got jupiterstar's holiday giftfic. It was nice. Kinda... odd. But I won't go into why I didn't like it. However I will go into what I did like which was the idea of it. If nothing else, it was interesting and refreshing. :)

• Went back to NU to get the director's signature
  
• Registered for the friggin class (FINALLY! \@_@/)
• Went over to Fin.Aid and put in all our scholarship money apps.
• Finished with all (almost all) Fin.Aid stuff! (YES!! \@_@/)
• Went for food at a fastfood joint and fed the seagulls. I'm not kidding. We gave away half our food to them.
  
• Attempted to chronicle events of past week and a half, and actually did pretty good dating everything
  
• Watched with Aniki the second disc of Planet Earth, episodes 'Caves', 'Deserts', and 'Ice World'. And HOLY BEEJEZUSS I COULDN'T SLEEP AFTER SEEING CAVES. XDD;;;; Th-th--thethethe BUGS!!! flns;jdngjlnjkslnfjklznhjfkdlnkfnkjdlk *SCREAMS IN HORROR* I did not need to see that many bugs crawling around and being buggy thank you very VERY much. *hiiiiides*

• Cleaned out the cats' lair and threw out the old comforters and got them new ones. They... were insanely happy with this and showed me by rubbing all over me and being very, very talkative and then promptly getting in my way for all of 2 hours to the point that I was tripping all over them every other second. 8D;;

Friday

• Spoke to & RPed with teh Mindy-san after so long!!! ♥ We played with Miki and DK again. That was pure love. Those two are epically ridiculous. I love it. *3*
• Had a debate on which characters were cooler with Aniki and some dudes online. It was SERIOUS YO.
• Watched Grissom's final episode on CSI. Jez called from the States to remind me (because I would have definitely forgot) and we all watched it together while staying on the phone. xD It was a good two episodes... I was super stoked for it! They did a nice job concluding his departure. I don't think I'd ever seen a conclusion as nicely played out as that one. Good job CSI writer guys! (and gals!)
• Went through all the new music sent to me and I'm having some sort of europhic glee sweep over me because this music is the shit and no one can tell me otherwise. I haven't heard music this good in YEARS. *points down at ala only playlist I've listened to since today OMG*

• Updating everything I was lax on during the past couple weeks
• Was going to finish the other fin.aid stuff but just didn't feel like it so I'll leave it for tomorrow.

• Went out with Lori for a late birthday bash sorta thing. It was alright. We went to see Benjamin Button.... o_o I... wasn’t exactly sure what was going on so I just tried my hardest to stay awake. xD;;
  
• Managed to talk to Mindy-san now that the intarweb was acting nicer to me and my laptops.
  
• Was getting ready for my flight leaving tomorrow afternoon

• STARGATE ATLANTIS WEEK – Day 1 - Day 2
  
• OKAY SO HERE’S THE DEAL: We had a flight for the today to go back home, but then they said it was canceled, then it wasn’t, then it was and dkjnasjflndjklngd I wanted to kill something. I was almost ready to reschedule for another when they’re like “OKAY NEVERMIND. IT’S ON. COME RIGHT NOW. YOUR FLIGHT IT LEAVING.” g mjklgn fjkldsgnfnld jk!!! Luckily we were already at the airport and thank GOD we had a nice long book to read too. X_x;;
  
• Luckily the flight itself was uneventful once we got into the air.
  
• Touchdown was at 19:35 Tuesday, Jan 6th
  
• Once home we... sadly realized we’d missed one of the NUIS orientation meet dates (it was “today”) and... yeah. X( It wasn’t a good thing. Luckily when we called in the university they said there would be another on Thursday so we planned for that.
  
• Was tackled by our furries who were more than a little happy to see us again after a week’s worth of non-being-there-ness. XD
  

Wednesday?!

• STARGATE ATLANTIS WEEK – Day 3
  
• Stayed home and slept, watched SGA and wrote more of manuscript.
  
• Aniki began a insane doodling session of Hetalia characters which... just... pfftt it kinda killed me fer realz XD;
  
• We both doodled our HgN charas and fanart... and then we got back to some pieces we had put on hold, including the “Kitsune” piece which had gotten a bit dry or we had to re-soak it. jgkndlgksndslngd that was almost disastrous homgz~
  
• By midday, Aniki and I finished the “Kitsune” piece. It... looks so beautiful. Seriously. It’s mounted on the art wall now. ♥
  

Thursday

• STARGATE ATLANTIS WEEK – Day 4
  
• This was probably THE CRAZIEST DAY OF THE WEEK
  
• NUIS Orientation Day 8:00-13:00 OMGGGGGZZ *bawlz*
  
• Thankfully, didn’t spend the whole day in the orientation. About halfway through (around 10) Aniki and I were sent over to see and speak to Ometanasu Ryosuku where we talked about everything down to the letter about the courses we wanted to take, housing, financial aid if needed, scholarship money, hours accredited to our degree... THE WORKS. We spent a good 3 hours there talking and discussing and trying to make sure we got everything we wanted out of this specialized program course.
  
• We had some troubles because the system said that were weren’t part of NUIS, and then it said weren’t even part of the university AT ALL fjknslndjklgnj then it said we were part of the regular university (which we were...) and... yeah. Then it said none of our credits transferred over and UGGGHH. @__@ It was crazy.
  
• Ometanasu Ryosuku had to do a whole new cred.evalve again with us, which took half an hour to an hour’s time to complete for both of us... then we had to go through the whole process of seeing what was needed to graduate on time. THEN we needed to choose what we actually wanted a degree in at NUIS which was so confusing because I thought we had done that already but we hadn’t and sjklnfjksdlnjkdlks 8D;;;;; It... was bad.
  
• There was also some glitch in the system which made it impossible for us to do anything officially and our records were jumbled so we could only speculate... D8 I wanted to shoot myself. FER REALZ. /slitwrist
  
• I did however get some things accomplished so I shouldn’t be too bitter with all the craziness that was trying to make it difficult. @_@
  
• I also didn’t make it all that easy either because I didn’t know which concentration I wanted to do more Eng Lit & Pub, or CW & Pub... both are great choices for what I want, but... they do branch off into two different areas...
  
• But I finally DID chose my major. :3 It’s a little complicated for those who don’t know how this program works. Basically you choose a “MCIDS” which is a major, two concentrations and/or independent studies of your choice. For the interdependent studies choose as many as I want, but by the time I want to graduate I need to narrow it down to three central topics (to have written on my degree and such forth). These will mostly be done during my senior year and during summer sessions. I went for all three... because this way it would give me the most for what I wanted all in one go. So this is what I went with:
  
  • Major: Letters - Written Word (I’m sticking with this because it incorporates everything I want and enables me better access to study the course I want to take)
  • Concentration: Creative Writing and Publishing
  • (Some) Interdependent Studies of Interest: English Literature, GLBT Studies, Animal Care, Astronomy, Literature, Photography, Multimedia, Creative Crafts and Theatre.
• Aniki also choose his major, two concentrations, and independent studies.
  
  • His Major: Letters - Arts
  • Concentration: Fine Arts (Painting) and Culinary Science
  • (Some) Interdependent Studies of Interest: Landscape Design (How he managed to get into this one, I STILL have no idea, but it sounds soo cool D: ), Botany, CAD, Natural Sciences, Animal Care, Multimedia, Theatre, Nutrition (WRRRY???!!? I DO NOT KNOW), and Astronomy.
• Personally, I think we’re both trying to kill ourselves BUT.... omg doesn’t it sound fascinating?????? \\\\*__________*//// *can’t wait seriously* xD
  
• Uh, when we figured out what our individual MCIDS were we figured out our Spring semester classes and got an outline for what we should registering for when we got home.
  
• ...WHICH MEANS WE GOT OUR CLASSES SORTED OUT FINALLY!! YAAAAYYYY~~~ 8DDD (or so we thought.... X( *criezz*)
  
• Went food, art, and supply shopping (This took about 3 ½ - 4 hours omfg)
  
• Replenished my candy & snack stash when we went shopping. Got enough to turn every the healthiest person into a diabetic. xD;;
  
• PAID CC BILL
  
• While paying my bill I found out that Aniki and I could open free checking accounts because they found out we were SCL (Summa Cum Laude). No joke. They were practically praising us for doing so well. It... was... really unexpected. Fjksnlgdjnglk And the Manager of the bank was really interested in us (NOT LIKE THAT. STOP THINKING DIRTY THOUGHTS D8) and asked about what university we were going to and such. When he found out we were going to be admitted to NUIS he and the guy we were working with were both surprised and amazed. They congratulated us and the manager guy said his wife worked in registra and jkdnslgdngl he would tell her about us so we should go see her to make things go by quicker. It was so awesome. • So, we opened two separate accounts and a joint account all free of charge, no admittance fees or anything. The manager waivered any and all fees for us (HOW FRIGGIN COOL MAN?!) and also rewarded us both 2500¥ gift cards that would come in the mail within the next couple days or so.
  
• When we got back into our car we were like “D: OMFG THAT DID NOT JUST HAPPEN ELOHELWHUTBBQ?!” pffftt~~
  
• Bought Planet Earth for Aniki.

• When we got home, Aniki was stressing a bit because we still had a bit of stuff left to do and he was getting one helluva headache too... So I told him to calm down and close his eyes, lead him over to the bed and sat him down. Then when I was sure he was calm (or as calm as he was gonna get) and his eyes were tightly closed, I whipped out the Planet Earth DVD box set that I bought him and handed it to him. The second his eyes opened, he inhaled his loud deep breath and, well... what do you think? He... freaked, to put it lightly. xD He’d wanted it for as long as I can remember, but I either couldn’t remember seeing it anywhere or it was god-awful expensive. It still was, but at least it was under $10,000¥ so I thought I’d get him his first real gift of the new years. :3 As you can only imagine I was showered with kisses and hugs and gleeful squeals... and then we were demanded to watch at least some of it... which we did. ♥
  
• After watching PE, we went to register for the classes we wanted... and ran into a problem. =__=;; It kept asking us for an alt pin and we were like “Wtf is this?! D:” so we couldn’t actually do anything. It... was a really disappointing way to end off such a profitable day for us, but we decided not to let it bother us and to just call Ometanasu Ryosuku in the morning and let him know what was going on, hopefully so he could do something about it.

• STARGATE ATLANTIS WEEK – Day 5
  
• Called Ometanasu Ryosuku and told him about the problem we were having.
  
• We got the alt. pin, but then ran into yet another problem. This time we couldn’t register for the classes we wanted for some reason. None of the classes would go through except... two of them, but they were not the ones Ometanasu Ryosuku wanted us to get into as quickly as possible because they were going to close... and and he said he was leaving after we hung up on the phone with him so we couldn’t contact him again until MONDAY gkjdns gjnlfsjknfjksnfSDFN LJKSDNFKDNHLKFNDN!! Forgive me for not keeping up with this. Orz I have been lazy and stressed out so I have not taken the time to simply write about my life now that its calmer and yet not calmer at all than it was during my previous semester.

I have not found the time to write about daily things online, but I have gone back to handwriting everything in one of my old journals. Picking up after almost half a year from when I last put it down. How nostalgic!

December. It just past not too long ago lol

Always is every year. ♥ ...though this year was a bit odd. It was like my (our) birthday never even happened because we spent about half of it in a plane. XD;;

I regret nothing. I can't if I want to keep going on.

Anything you regret NOT doing?
...hmm... possibly now that I think about it? D: Though I am glad for the things I did and did not do either way. Probably some things I will try to do better the next time, but I don't want to go back and change anything. :)

Naw. That was the year before.

What are you most thankful for this year?
Still being alive and happy with the one I love most in this and the next world, my Aniki. I am also thankful that he made it out of his operation in one piece and that he's doing just fine now.

Did anyone you love die this year?
Thankfully not this year. Loved ones of loved ones died though.

How many significant others did you have?
Just my darlin'. Who else do I need when I've got him?

Did you get in trouble alot?
Not a lot, but yeah I can't quite stay out of it. xD

Uh... I wasn't going to kiss anybody. o_o Or if I was, it was going to be all around kisses since we were going to be at a party xD

Well, obviously it would be Aniki. xD;;

What is your resolution for next year?
I don't have any. I have plans for the future, but no resolutions. I plan to try and get a published or some piece of work published. I plan to get through my classes with the highest grades possible. Start up traveling again (oh how I miss it!) Maybe some other things too.

Going to watch the ball drop on TV?
Yup! That's what we all did.

Will this year be better than last year?
I believe in it. My thoughts are as optimistic as they can possibly be.

• Slept for half the day & woke up around 1-2ish
• Went to get mail and found some packages and late cards there. Was happy about this muchly :3
  
• Got to working on my manuscript a little but hasn't been in the mood for editing so I haven't been xD
• Started writing SGA fics again and OMFG THEY ARE ADDICTING D:
  
• Began to really feel all the stress of the past month come crashing down and before I knew it was asleep AGAIN (I ain't lyin!) and didn't wake up until god knows when. >_>;;
• Called Yasha & Lori to tell them happy birthday. It was actually pretty funny because they apparently thought we were still in NYC so Lori was like "Come party with ussssssss~~ :D" and I was like "Caaaaaan't~~~ On the other side of the woooooorrrrrrld~~~ D:" xD It was epic. ♥
  

Monday

• More packages came
• Went out and bought some art supplies for Aniki because he was crashed/burned out and wouldn't move to get them himself.
• HE spent most of his day in bed while I worked. We apparently did a trade off between today and yesterday on energy reserves or something. '_'
• Spent 5 hours straight (I kid you not!) dancing. Just letting loose and it felt WON.DER.FUL.
• Downloaded some new music which was sexy because I needed music badly. D:
• Wrote another story. Long as hell. Some 40K+ words. ReinxSheppard, of course, and it is sexy. I have a new love for Sheppard in wraith trenchcoats. Oh YES.
• When Aniki finally woke up the first thing he goes and says to me is "I think... I want to spend New Years BACK IN AMERICA." My obvious reply to this went something like "Are you out of your fucking mind?" And his obvious response was this ":SECRET LITTLE BROTHER WEAPON OF TOTAL DESTRUCTION: *POUTS AT ME AND GIVES ME.... THE LOOK!*" ...........OBVISOUSLY I gave in and now we have flight tickets for a plane that leaves tomorrow night at 9 and will hopefully get to New York at 9 or so the next day. >_>;;; *coughcough* Vile thing that he be.... VILE!!!
  

Tuesday-Wednesday?!

• Spent most of the day making sure everything was packed and hoped everything would go well on our flight.
• I honestly don't have too much to report this time for flight plans. Pretty boring and spent mostly passed out asleep. I was tired. I took some sleep pills just before we got on the plane. There really wasn't much else after that that I actually remember >______>;;;;
• When he landed I was sorta, semi, kinda awake and it was unbelievably Wednesday. Which then meant (I think, don't quite me on this) that we actually MISSED a day. ....the FUCK did THAT happen?!?! o_O

(Thursday) Wednesday ('08)

• HAPPY NEW YEAR'S EVE!
• We spent most of our time being bombarded with people wanting us to come party with them here and there XD;
• We were invited to THREE (3!!) separate parties... so we had to play a bit of musical chairs to go to all of them. XD;;;;; We spent the day at Christina's party, then headed on over to Lindsay's where we merged two parties into one LOL and somehow managed to boogie ourselves on over to Jez's so that we could all just chill together. It was pretty sweet. I had quite a time.
• Played some real good music and danced the whole time, regardless of which party we were at.
  
• Didn't get completely drunk, though I was a bit buzzed most of the time.
• BUT BEST OF ALL...... *LAPDANCES* HELL. YEEEEAAAAHHHHH!

(Monday) Sunday

• WAS. SO. HUNG. OVER. WITH. HEADACHE. AND. RINGING. EARS.
• Winter Solstice BEGIN
• Spent the better part of two hours after waking trying to get rid of our headaches.
• Got calls, text, emails, etc from people reminding us today was Solstice HAHA GOOD ONE D:
• So we had our annual celebration rites and such forth, danced, sang, and mediated on the future
• Most of our buddies LEFT TODAY W.T.F. I DON’T KNOW HOW WITH ALL THAT SNOW HOOLLLLY. D:
• But most made it safely back home.
  

(Tuesday) Monday

• Winter Solstice END
• Flight was delayed for practically the whole day due to hazardous weather so they gave us a refund for a tomorrow flight same time
• Spent the day celebrating Solstice with gifts and such (even though we didn’t open many except a couple) Luck fer us they was MOONIES. XD
• Spent the night at Borders browsing the isles and picking up an ungodly amount of books (Haha we couldn’t help it. xD;;)
• Though it was bitter cold to the point that I think I’m getting sick, we spent the night outside reading until the crescent moon being dweebs and babbling around the clear night and “OH LOOK THERE’S ORION! 8DDD” and other such very sad and silly things. xD
  

Tuesday-Wednesday?!

• AHHH WE DIDN’T GET TO SPEND THE 23rd celebrating Namu’s birthday!! Jkfnsljfkndlndjkdlnsdjk We’re making that up with a double of ours FER REALZ
• Did text him though and let him know what was going down. He seemed quite pleased. xD
• Honestly thought our flight would be cancelled but it wasn’t! We left 4:14 in the morning and made it home around the same time the next day back home. When we touched down it was like the whole world let out a sigh of relief. xD;; I know I sure as hell did!
• We called Saki-papa when they said we were about an hour or so from landing so he was there to pick us up and he brought some of our babies with him! ;A; God I love that man... AND I LUB MAH KITTIES~~~~~ *lovelovelove*
• During most of the flight we slept. I spent an hour and a half editing and then one studying with Aniki, but other than that we slept, curled up with blanket and pillows and did not wake for many, many hours. 8D;; (In case you’re wondering we flew first class, yes we were with the snobs though surprisingly there were few people on our flight. I WAS SO HAPPY FOR THAT.... though there was still some child that was CRYING LIKE A MANIAC in third class and made me want to get up from my seat and shoot him but other than that it was a pretty good flight. xD)
• Lover’s Note: Around 11:11 am eastern standard time (on my watch) I woke up for a bit and stared at Aniki’s face only a couple millimeters from mine and just felt so insanely giddy inside like something wonderful was going to happen. The only thing that actually did was Aniki suddenly shifting and bumping noses with me which made me smile like a dumb idiot for a good half hour afterward with no one the wiser xDD;; I stayed awake by myself until around 11:59 am eastern standard time when I nudged Aniki with my elbow under the blanket and watched him stir saying, “Can you guess what time it is?” At first he was waaaay too disoriented to even know who I WAS much less the time, until it finally dawned on him and his eyes opened wide and he stared at me, mouth flapping like a fish until he finally managed to get out a “No way!” and gawk at me some more. I nodded, leaned in and kissed him full on the mouth. Then I said, “Happy birthday, Aniki. I think this is the first time we’ve brought in our birthday together on a plane.” His smile was so bright it could blind, but honestly I wouldn’t be happier if I was blinded by something as radiant as that. (Though in truth, I’d be pissed if I never got the chance to see it or him ever again.) He leaned back into me then and smushed one hell of a kiss on me and nuzzled noses (which were cold as hell lemme tell ya, along with ears holy crap, bloody hair does NOTHING to help keep ze ears warm! Dx) then he said, “Happy birthday, Niichan. I love you so damn much. Gods above and below, help me! I think I could die right now from happiness.” Not much else could get much better than that. *lovelove*
• When we finally got home, we were going to fall asleep but just couldn’t. Instead we spent most of the time staring at all the mail and packages that had someone MYSTERIOUSLY APPEARED IN OUR HOUSE WHILE WE WERE GONE AND WERE PLACED UNDER THE G-DDAMN TREE W.T.F
• We also spent most of the time unpacking everything, gifts, packages, etc and getting the house back in order.
• My cats were under my feet EVERY. FIVE. SECONDS. I was tripping over the hairy balls of fluff constantly until finally I plopped down on the floor with them and they just kinda crawled ALL. OVAH ME. @A@ But it was pure love. Can’t get much better than that in terms of kitty love. xD
• Saki-papa said he’d come back over later AKA he’d give us our privacy until the evening when everyone would come over and party with us for our birthday ETC ETC ETC *lovelovelove*
• We actually didn’t celebrate our own way until after our compatriots boogied with us first.
• After the party was over (which was actually kinda early because we ran everybody out haha~) And we had from 22:00 until midnight to ourselves.... then the phone calls began. xDDDDD “MERRY XMASSSSSSS~~~~” “HO HO HO I’M SANTA WISHING YOU A MERRY CHRISTMAS KIDDIES? DID YOU GET EVERYTHING YOU WANTED FOR CHRISTMAS?? I KNOW YOU DID~~ *gives knowing laugh* ...so how many times have ya done it yet? >DDD” ( fjkds gjksbngjkdngjs XDDDD;;;) “Feliz Navidad, mi querido amigos!!!!” “Milad Majid, Mikiiii! (I picked up the phone this time xD)” “Kurisumasu omedeto, futago no yami!!” “Froehliche Weihnachten, meine freunde!!!!” Oh the list went on and on... it was really awesome. Love those guys like WOAH. *lovelovelovelovelove*
• Decided to open the rest of our unopened birthday presents in the morning with Christmas presents. It will just be awesomer that way xDDD

• Went to pick up last exams, papers, etc.
• Got back all final grades.... and BOOYAH. WE WIN. 8DDDD Pfft, basically we came out real good. A’s all the way except one class that tried to break it with a fuckin' B fnjklnsdjgsjnrjglnzjsdngjklzn fuckin Sociology asshole. I’mma have to do something about that. I need to know why the hell I got such a low grade. >(
